About a week later you receive a “made to measure” whitening kit to take home. You will receive instruction on use from the dentist. Over a short time your teeth gradually whiten. Our “Healozone” ozone machine is one of only a few in Scotland. Ozone is applied painlessly to the decay in the cavity, thus killing the bacteria and preventing further decay in the tooth. In some circumstances the use of ozone reduces the need for local anaesthesia.
